Packaging should prevent more than leakage

For chocolate pieces, the package may need to protect shape, limit fines and reduce exposure to moisture and odor. For paste, closure and container integrity matter during pumping and storage. For coatings and blocks, the pack must support the receiving plant's opening and feeding method without introducing avoidable breakage.

Read the bulk packing and export guide and the import checklist. Apply the discussion to the specific destination pages for Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Do not assume that a product, pack or storage instruction accepted in one climate will fit every market. Confirm the actual route and receiving conditions in writing.

Frequently asked questions

What records should accompany a hot-climate shipment?

Agree packing, storage instructions, responsibilities and any temperature-control evidence before dispatch.
