Regional guidance for Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East

The new Markets hub connects buyers with focused guidance for Europe, Southeast Asia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Middle East, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Each guide sets out the finished applications, likely chocolate formats, packaging questions and documents that should be confirmed before shipment.

The Europe guide responds to growing bakery, snack, frozen-dessert and confectionery project activity, including large-volume custom development. It explains how a buyer can separate first-order planning from annual forecasts and why a sample still needs a representative bake or process trial.

Technical documents for procurement and factory teams

A new Technical Buyer Pack covers product-format selection, specification fields, packaging, sample planning, application trials, FAQ and destination checks. A separate Application Trial Record gives development teams a printable framework for capturing process settings, observations and approval evidence.

The documents are designed to support a factual supplier discussion. Exact ingredient declarations, certificates, packing, shelf life and regulatory scope remain specific to the approved product, manufacturing site and destination.

Application evidence and R&D process
