Tissin Food publishes technical resources for product developers, purchasing teams, quality teams and importers. The content should help a buyer ask better questions, define a sample and interpret a trial. It should not be used as a substitute for the approved specification, regulatory review or application testing.

Who prepares the content

Product, application and export resources are prepared with the Tissin Food commercial and technical teams. A page may describe a general selection method when it can be applied across several products. Product-specific performance, ingredients, packaging or documents are confirmed only after the applicable team has approved the specification or sample.

We do not publish customer names, private formulas or project details without permission. General examples are written to explain a decision process and should not be treated as a disclosure of a customer project.

How product claims are treated

  • Published product claims should be connected to an approved technical description or current company information.
  • Performance advice is presented as a testing framework until the sample has been validated in the intended process.
  • Certification, origin, allergen, nutrition and regulatory statements must be confirmed for the specific product and destination market.
  • Quantitative values are added only when a controlled, current source is available and the scope of the value is clear.
  • Marketing language should not replace packing, storage, labeling or safety information.

Source hierarchy

When a technical statement depends on an external rule or standard, the current official source takes priority over a summary article. This can include destination-market food law, customs guidance, the recognized standard body or the approved customer specification. For product questions, the final hierarchy is the approved specification and mutually agreed sample result.

A product name or generic industry practice is not proof of a claim. Buyers should request the relevant document for the actual product, production site and destination market.

How application guidance is written

Application pages separate four ideas: what the customer is making, how the line will process it, what result the finished product needs and how the result will be measured. This structure helps avoid recommendations based only on flavor or a supplier catalogue description.

Where a page gives an example, it explains the variables that should be recorded. Examples do not establish a universal temperature, viscosity, piece size, shelf life or order quantity. Those requirements depend on the product, process, equipment and market.

Updates and corrections

Technical pages can be reviewed when products, processes or market guidance change. Material revisions should update the visible review date and, where used, the structured data modification date. We prefer a clear correction over preserving an outdated statement.

If you find an error, an outdated reference or a statement that does not match the approved product information, contact info@tissinfood.com with the page URL and source evidence. The team will review the issue in context.

Commercial independence in buying guides

A guide may recommend Tissin Food formats because the pages describe the company’s product portfolio. It should still explain the questions, tests and limitations a buyer needs. Commercial interest does not justify an unsupported performance claim or a guarantee of fit.

Privacy and measurements

Website interaction events are limited to the categories described in the privacy notice. Inquiry details entered in the contact form are prepared for the user’s email application and are not stored by the form script. Review the privacy notice for the current scope.
